Stagemom Dresses Toddler as Prostitute on "Toddlers and Tiaras"

An ignorant, unfit, stagemom is getting deserved flack for dressing her little girl as a prostitute, calling it "innocent" as she dressed her as Julia Roberts' character from Pretty Woman for the show "Toddlers and Tiaras." Are we kidding here? Have we completely lost every bit of all sanity and morale? How did this show even get on the air? When will our obsession with being famous for fame's sake take a halt? And who is going to protect our kids from the sickness of reality shows?
