Congress Should be Outsourced to India and China

Do we need a "new" New Deal? Millions of Americans are unemployed and without healthcare including those who served in our Armed Services and risked their lives at Ground Zero. The middle class is becoming invisible. Are we going to tax the rich? Hold corporations financially responsible? Is it really that simple? I think we should outsource Congressional seats to India and China for a start, just to get things started . . .
